Our main office location, in Woburn, MA, and our dedicated employees, allows us to have unparalleled response times. Our professional project managers and crew chiefs will be on site immediately and keep you informed every step of the way.

Every property is different, which is why this particular benefit is so important. Our management team will visit your property and document important information regarding the building’s materials, structure, trouble spots, entrances & exits, etc. This will help to familiarize ourselves with your property, so we can determine what equipment will be needed in the event of a disaster-related emergency as well as enable us to point out any potential problem areas we may have identified. A two-page report can be included for each property walkthrough.

All members of our management team are expected to answer every work-related call. That means, when you have a disaster, you’ll be able to reach us directly. This benefit goes a long way in decreasing the chance for secondary damage to your property. No more playing phone tag or calling some call-center that has no idea what’s going on. We’ll be with you every step of the way to make sure that the disaster restoration process is done skillfully and in a timely manner.

I can't say enough good things about Nate and his crew. We suffered water damage in a newly renovated kitchen. We didn't want to trash the new renovations and Nate worked with us step by step to preserve as much as possible. He was at our house almost daily checking on the progress of the drying and mold mitigation. The entire crew was very professional. They did a great job of blocking in the affected area so as not to contaminate the rest of the house with dirt and mold. And they cleaned up quite thoroughly at the end of each day. We are very pleased with the job they did and they were all quite pleasant to work with.

While installing a new bathroom ceiling fan, we discovered the old fan was not vented properly causing in mold in the attic. I called 3 companies to look at the attic area. Matt, from ServiceMaster, came the next day, explained what needed to be done, guaranteed his work for 10 yrs (only company to guarantee) and gave an excellent estimate for the work. The guys, Delver and Fredo, came within a week and did a great job. They were polite, clean and had me inspect their work to make sure I was happy with the job. I highly recommend ServiceMaster - reliablity, price and workmanship are excellent.
